The documented price snapshot
Checked21 September 2026: Personal is listed at $25 monthly, with five signature requests per month and one template. Business is $50 per user monthly with unlimited requests and templates. Published annual totals are $240 for Personal and $480 per Business user. The pricing FAQ describes one free document monthly after the trial. Verify checkout terms, taxes and current inclusions before buying; we did not start a trial or purchase either plan.
Count the workload you actually have
Estimate documents sent in a typical month, the busiest expected month, people who send independently and distinct reusable forms. Do not substitute the number of signers for sender seats. A single agreement with several parties is a different concept from several independently issued agreements. If the exact way a vendor counts a request matters to your budget, seek its documented answer before assuming your spreadsheet matches the billing unit.
Avoid a misleading break-even claim
Our worksheet divides an entered monthly cost by expected requests. It is a planning ratio, not a quote or a promise that every request becomes a signed contract. An unlimited allowance can reduce capacity friction, but unused capacity is not savings. Compare a cheaper appropriate option before upgrading simply because a higher tier makes the arithmetic look attractive. Keep monthly cash outlay separate from the annual equivalent shown in marketing.
Make the plan decision explicit
Record the smallest plan that meets the required workflow and the first limit that would make it unsuitable. Include what you will do if volume rises: review the plan, compare vendors or retain a second approved workflow. Do not prepay for speculative growth. The next useful step is a matched SignWell comparison followed by a requirements check; price is meaningful only after the basic document journey is supported.
The evidence behind this buying guidance
This guide draws on Signaturely product and current plans, SignWell current pricing and capacity. Merchant-controlled records describe the provider’s own capabilities, terms or standards; they do not independently validate those claims. Other cited records provide additional context. A different publisher or a research, regulatory or certification label does not by itself establish independence, relevance or product validation.
Verify any current price, plan limit, label direction, compatibility rule, or commercial term that would materially change the decision. The dated source ledger shows the underlying records so this conclusion can be checked and updated.
