Three requirements decide the plan: how many people send, how many documents go out a month, and how many templates are reused. Vendors count in different units: senders at SignWell, users who send at Dropbox Sign, envelopes at Docusign, signature requests at Signaturely and invites at airSlate SignNow.
Take an office manager at a 15-person company who sends offer letters and NDAs to two signers in a set order. That is one sender, so a one-sender plan covers the sending. SignWell says its price does not follow the number of people who sign, Docusign says recipients need no account to sign, and Signaturely's Terms say a signer need not be registered.
For the set order, Signaturely's help center documents a custom signing order: tick a checkbox below the signers, then drag them into order. It does not name the plan that includes it.
Starting with one sender: SignWell, Docusign Personal and BoldSign
SignWell Light is $12 a month for 1 sender with unlimited documents. Docusign Personal is $15 a month on its Monthly subscription type for 5 envelopes. BoldSign Growth is $15 per user a month on Monthly, with 50 envelopes per user a month.
Signaturely Personal and Docusign Personal both stop at 5 sends a month, so a growing sender moves to a per-user plan at either: Signaturely Business at $50 per user, or Docusign Standard at $45 per user for 10 envelopes per user a month, both billed monthly.
Growing to several senders: Signaturely Business, Dropbox Sign Standard and airSlate SignNow
Signaturely Business is $50 per user a month, billed monthly, with unlimited requests and unlimited templates. Dropbox Sign Standard is $30 per user a month for 2 or more users, with 15 templates.
airSlate SignNow Business is $20 a month for unlimited users with 100 invites a year, and Business Premium at $30 a month adds bulk send and signing links. SignWell Business is $36 a month for 3 senders; an extra sender is $15 a month on its Monthly view.
