Prepare the documented input shape
Signaturely’s bulk-send help specifies a plain CSV with Name and Email columns and no extra material; the reviewed template guidance limits the bulk template to one signer. Confirm the current interface and requirements before use. A spreadsheet that looks orderly may still contain an extra header, unexpected formatting or an unsuitable multi-party document. Bulk sending should follow a validated workflow, not become a shortcut around its limits.
Validate records without inventing identities
Check that each intended recipient has one appropriate row and that fields have not shifted during export. Distinguish duplicate rows from different people who legitimately share an address. The help article also describes character restrictions; do not silently alter someone’s real name to fit a technical limitation. Seek an appropriate supported way to preserve the intended identity. Never use guessed addresses to complete an otherwise unfinished list.
Keep the source and sending batch traceable
Save the authorized source list separately from the exported input, with a clear batch label and date. Limit access because the file contains contact details. Do not upload it into public validators or this site’s tools. Record how many intended rows were reviewed, without assuming that every row was accepted or sent. The batch should remain distinguishable from any later correction rather than becoming a repeatedly edited anonymous file.
Test and verify a harmless sample first
Where permitted, validate the template and a small non-sensitive sample before issuing real requests. Do not resend a whole batch because the first response is slow or the interface reports an unclear result. Reconcile the actual original records first.
